On 16.8.2021 we were pleased to welcome Mrs. Klaudia Tanner, Federal Minister of Defense, at the NUHR Medical Center.
Univ.-Doz. Dr. Martin Nuhr led through the entire building and presented the modern therapy and surgery areas as well as the hotel area with 30 sophisticatedly furnished rooms and suites and the high-quality restaurant. Through the guided tour, Federal Minister Tanner was able to convince herself of the high medical quality and competence in the province of Lower Austria.
Univ.-Doz. Dr. Martin Nuhr explained during the tour the concept of the facility, the treatment focus, such as pain therapy, rehabilitation and prevention and what it means that in the NUHR Medical Center the human being is the center of attention. It is clear that with the new building not only a hotel, but also a medical center was created. With specialists from the areas of cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, psychology and dietetics, patients have the opportunity here to complete all examinations, for example as part of a medical check, in a short time. Likewise, with the new building, the therapy garden and healing forest, a perfect atmosphere for medical treatments has been created.
